Digital Power Inc. FTP Information
This site currently works with PC’s for uploading and downloading. You can also download from a Mac.
It is important that you stuff or zip Mac files or zip PC files prior to uploading whenever possible.
This accomplishes two things:
File transfer happens faster
The chances of file and/or font corruption is dramatically reduced.

How to use on a PC:
Open Internet Explorer and type in ftp://ftp.digitalpowerinc.com in the open URL field.You may see a screen that says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." If so, do the following:
Under the menu click on the word "View" and scroll down to where is says "Open site in Internet Explorer" and click on that link.
Click OK on the message that Pops Up.
Right click on your mouse and select "Login As"
Type in username "customer@digitalpowerinc.com" and “digital$123" as the password.
Now you can drag and drop files to this folder.
How to use on a Mac:
Open your web browser or FTP client and type in ftp://ftp.digitalpowerinc.com in the open URL field.Click OK on the message that Pops Up.
Right click on your mouse and select "Login As"
Type in username customer@digitalpowerinc.com and digital$123 as the password.
Now you can drag and drop files to this folder
Properly stuffed or zipped Mac files can be uploaded/downloaded from the PC version of the FTP site.
